There Was Some Debate Last Night as to Whether it Would Snow

I’d say the answer is a resounding yes!  As seen from our back door window.

This is one of the things I truly love about where we live.  We have access to all the cultural advantages of Los Angeles (stop laughing!!  it’s a world class city!) but we get to wake up to scenes like this one.

I would recommend this relationship with snow to just about anyone.  We get to experience the transformation of the landscape and the changing of the seasons without having to actually shovel the stuff more than a couple of times a decade.  And we can wave at it as we drive by on our nice clear roads.

In spite of the dire weather conditions outside, Hydra and Dodger remain calm.  Witness music soothing the savage breast.

I’m not surprised to hear that it snowed. We were at Animal Acres yesterday until about 4:30 and it was COLD!!!

Stunningly beautiful! It must be hard to have it all and yet remain so humble.

Gala – We were down below from about 5-midnight last night and it was pretty biting when we arrived home.

Kitty – LOL! Well, okay, I guess we have do admit that this isn’t our doing. 😀

  4. Your relationship with snow is a great deal more accepting than mine is … 😉

I suspected you were getting snow — they were showing it on the weather all the way down into your area of Cali.

Mark – It’s easy to be accepting when it keeps its distance! 😀
