In Search of a Flat Place to Run

Our neighborhood is really hilly.   Foot hilly, I guess.  I’ve been out walking/running with Podrunner Intervals music to keep the pace.  It’s only about a tenth of a mile to this sort of flatish place.   Well, anyway, it gets flatter on the other side of this hill.

There, that’s better!  Looking back toward our neighborhood.  I keep ending up the half hour 10-15 minutes from home.   Will have to work on that.

Congrats on running despite the topographic challenges! Let’s make it a year of reaching our physical goals!

Thanks! I haven’t even wanted to run for a long time. Between yoga and Zumba my knees seem to be able to take it. 😀 We’re on a roll, you and I!

Thanks, Kitty! I think you’ll like exploring this area when you’re out here next!
