Another amazing Tom Paxton concert at McCabes. What a wonderful night!
I can’t thank him enough for all the music over all the years. We’ve seen him in concert and sung his music around campfires countless times.
I’m sometimes too dumbfounded to find the right words of gratitue in the face of artists I admire. This time I told him how Hydra and I sang his “And If It’s Not True,” as we walked along the Seine this summer, and how that song will always take us back to that wonderful moment. He thanked me for telling him the story.
Such a gracious and comfortable performer and human being. This is quite possibly his last big tour, so do catch him if you can. Click here for Tom Paxton’s Tour Schedule.
Thanks to McCabe’s Guitar Shop for always being the best little concert venue around. It’s a musical sanctuary.
