See how exquisitely imperfect the little birds on this hand-thrown pitcher are? They are a fairly accurate representation of Amy Medina’s delightful creation.
My wish for the coming year is that you follow your inspiration. May you indulge in creative flight, whether that means writing, painting, photography, teaching the little ones around you about this big beautiful world, planting… anything that lifts you into that still/active moment of creation.
Take the time. It will come back to you. Forgive yourself for not doing it perfectly. Perfection isn’t really the goal.
Engaging your creativity enhances your mental and physical well being. I’d love to hear what you look forward to in 2016!
Happy New Year!
Wishing you all peace, joy, health and creative bliss in the coming year!
